Hello! I am so happy you're here! Let me introduce myself... my name is Selena Lara and I am the owner of Sel's Sweets. I started this small business in 2021 selling chocolate covered strawberries and now its turned into a bigger business that I am absolutely proud of. 

 

Growing up my parents always made sure we had a birthday cake for our birthday even if we weren't getting a party, we always had a cake. I think that it was instilled in me that I always make sure my closest family and friends have a birthday cake. Not to mention I grew up watching cake boss and I always thought to myself "you know what I think I can do that" and sure enough I ended up creating cakes as well. 

 

The creativity and science behind creating these cakes have been so fun for me that I decided to convert it into a job. I am so thankful to be able to create cakes and things for everyone.  With each event, I take my time to get to know the theme and your likes and dislikes because my goal is always to make you happy, Thank you for being here and I hope we get to work together soon!
